Health systems invested in ambient AI first, but patient phone access lagged. See why the front door was skipped and
Andre Poole is a Strategic Accounts Director at Parlance, where he helps health systems fix one of the most overlooked points of patient access, the phone call. He works with IT, patient experience, and contact center leaders to find where call routing and navigation break down, and to build a plan for solving it with speech-driven call automation and intelligent routing.
Andre brings more than two decades in enterprise sales across technology, insurance, and banking. Most recently at Cisco, he was an Enterprise Account Executive selling ITSM, ITOM, and CSM solutions into Microsoft and other enterprise accounts. Earlier, as a Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster at Progressive Insurance, he ranked #2 in Maryland and Delaware for negotiating and closing complex claims. He also spent time as an Account Manager at Verizon Enterprise Services, building on a career that started in retail banking and insurance sales.
Andre says, “Communication is part of the care. Navigation is part of the care.” He sees the phone as one of the most important front doors in healthcare, and he’s focused on helping leaders find the friction, understand what it costs, and build a better future state for patients and staff alike.
