Before joining Parlance, Katie led statewide COVID-19 testing and vaccine operations at Cambridge Innovation Center, overseeing more than 1 million vaccinations and 6 million tests across Massachusetts. She also spent over a decade at Atrius Health, where she centralized specialty referral processes across 34 practices and 40+ specialties—building scalable, patient-first systems grounded in Lean methodology.
