Sanjay Yadav serves as Head of Engineering at Parlance. Since joining Parlance in May 2022, Sanjay has spearheaded comprehensive engineering transformation initiatives. He leads R&D strategy and operations across Software Engineering, QA, IT, Security, and Infrastructure functions, overseeing both cloud and on-premises environments. His strategic leadership includes architecting the transition to microservices architecture, enabling scalable AI product development while systematically addressing technical debt accumulated over years of legacy system operation.
Sanjay established foundational Agile practices and implemented cloud-native architecture supporting rapid team growth and enhanced delivery capabilities. He developed comprehensive toolchains including JIRA for project management, Confluence for documentation, and BitBucket for source control with integrated CI/CD pipelines. His cross-functional collaboration drives innovative AI solutions specializing in healthcare front-door navigation, accurate proper name recognition, frequently asked questions automation, and self-service appointment management workflows that have driven significant improvements in patient experience and operational efficiency, for Parlance health system customers.
