Sammy is a Senior Software Developer at Parlance, where he leads platform engineering for the IVA Portal and FAQ orchestration across Service Orchestration, GenAI, and Communications APIs. His current focus is configuration versioning, giving customers the ability to make self-service edits to their voice applications without losing visibility into what changed or why, protecting them from regression risk as configurations evolve.
Sammy joined Parlance in 2025 after nine years at Epic, where he worked on the MyChart team, revamping MyChart Self-Signup and redesigning the patient medical record download workflow into a scalable, asynchronous system that other Epic teams later adopted. That background in healthcare-scale patient-facing systems carries directly into his work on Parlance’s configuration and versioning architecture today.
